What is Sociology??

Can anyone tell me what is Sociology?

Ps. I did take it as me GCSE options :D but im just cheking wheather I know :D Thanks

i did the class for 1st year uni, ( second year in sept) and i know it sounds broad, and almost what does that mean, But it IS the study of sociery, either macro or mirco, on all and any aspects.

I took sociology for GCSE (my final exam in 2 weeks!!).

Basically you learn about different topics: Family, eduacation and work, crime and deviance, migration, ect. You learn about how things have changed: laws and social opinions, and the different types of family, ect.

It's quite fun. The coursework is a project which you can chose, along the lines of the things you learn. I did women in the workplace.
