What is Solid Snake's true age?

In the other games he looks likes he's a shade under 40. In Metal Gear Solid 4, what is his true age? His bodily age must be in the early to late 60s, but what's his age in reality? The "Les Enfant Terribles" project was done in the 70s, but I'm still uncertain. Please explain?

My friend owns a PS3 and has Metal Gear Solid 4. Snake actually has what I think is a disease that made him look older. I think he is actually the same age as the the other games, just looks old.

snake is around 35-45 years old in MGS4 but when he was cloned, he had genes that made him grow older faster put into him, therefore he is a lot older than his age.

i dont think they really say how old he is. i know in 4 his body is alot older than his real age
