  1. Our electrical outlets here in South Africa use 3 pin plugs of 220V. The prongs coming out of the plug consist of two round smaller prongs near the bottom, and one large round prong near the top of the plug.

I don't know where you are located, but here is a site in US which seems good.  If you are on that continent the prices are reasonable for over there.  I always travel with an adapter/converter.  If you are plugging a computer in you will want a surge protector (ask them for advice).  Happy travels.
