The Air Traffic Control designator is SWA (like a previous post answers).  For FAA certification purposes, the designator (on the Southwest Airlines Certificate) is: SWAA.

In terms of ATC, their code is: SWA

So Flight 1126 would show up as SWA1126.

Depends which code you're asking about.  As stated above, SWA is the ICAO designator.  This is the one used most often.  Many reservation systems use the IATA code, which is WN.
