Her email account has basically been closed. Not technically, but she has to concentate on her work, and feels terrible wen she cannot respond to everyone, so she has shut it off. I mean, come on, her books are so popular, everyone is trying to contact her. Sorry, but unless you know her personally, there is not really any way to quickly contact her.
