  2. assisting vulnerable members of the society to live in the community rather than an institution by providing support and assistance to meet their needs

  3. An adult residence where the occupants must be able to care for their own personal needs.  They do need monitoring for medicine intake, meals, laundry.  It is less expensive than a nursing home.
