What is THE best ice cream you can buy in a supermarket?

my brother is a big fan of Hagon Doz and think they are the best, but i am not so sure. let's not discuss the exotic, niche brands, what is the best brand you can find in the supermarket?

Also, a sub question: what is the best "supermarket brand" ice cream you think?

Haagen Dazs ice cream is really expensive,but it is really good too! I also like Ben & Jerry's ice cream too,especially their chunky monkey or cherry garcia.

The best supermarket brand of ice cream is Krogers private selection german chocolate cake ice cream,it tastes just like german chocolate cake and it is very good!

Haagen daz is the best

Pralines and cream flavour

Other brands are the clotted cream ice cream it is in a blue tub about 4.50

Supermarkets own is Asda they have nice own brand ice-creams

Worst are Tesco

I love anything by Ben & Jerry's.  Plus, they are environmentally responsbile and take good care of their employees.  It's a win-win for everyone!

Haagen Dazs Reserve Hawaiian Lehau Honey with Sweet Cream is the best ice cream out there. (And it doesn't have High Fructose Corn Syrup in it.)

Also, The Haagen Dazs Reserve fleur de sel caramel ice cream is also very delicious. My mouth is drooling as I type.

I personally like pretty much any brand, but my favorite is Edy's Slow Churned (I believe that's what it's called). It's Dryer's on the west coast, though I never knew why...

Ben & Jerry's, my personal favorite is Half Baked, they're all pretty good.

I like Blue Bunny too, I can't remember the specific flavor but it was like chocolate ice cream with some sort of chocolate [maybe brownie] chunks and chocolate syrup.

It's amazing I'm not fat.
