What is The Best Pantbrush to Use to Paint the TOP of the Wall by the Ceiling?

For some reason mine looks choppy up there. It is textured drywall, large textured.

3 inch Purdy Monarch Elite. Or use the Pro Extra if you prefer a slightly firmer bristle.

Edit - Sorry, I gave an answer a professional tradesman uses. If you wish to DIY it, try a smaller angled brush as pointed out in other answers.

You need an angled, narrow, maybe 1", brush, similar to a sash (window frame) brush.

Most pros use either a Wooster or Purdy brand, 2-1/2" or 3" sash brush. This is the type with the angled bristles. The rest of the key to success is a steady hand. Hope this helps.

Use a 3 or 4 inch standard brush. Hamilton or purdy are very good makes.
