What is The Name of This Movie ?

Question

OK from what I can remember, a little girl gets kidnapped from a carnival or some type of fair; her mother begins to try and search for her and ends up finding another missing girl by the end of the movie. The kidnapper is a child molester/some sort of crossdresser-transvestite.

At the end of the movie theres an incident that I remember where the killer/kidnapper dresses up as a nurse and kills another nurse...the mother tries to find him by acting as a nurse herself.

If anyone has any ideas of what the name of this movie is, that would be great! Even names of actors in this movie or a movie that sounds like it.

Like i said, this movie is around 10 years or maybe older.

I think, though am not positive, that you are thinking of the movie In Dreams with Annette Benning..

It was a really strange movie.. and I remember a lot of weird dream sequences ..  I seem to recall the nurse one..
