What is The website for the Turkish federal post office?

Ive bought an item off ebay from a man in Turkey and hes give me a tracking number but no website to track it with. the number begins with RR. In the item listing he said he will send it via the federal post office does anyone know where i can track this? he has 100% feedback so he is reliable.

Well, lets hope that he is reliable,

this is a website for National Post delivery tracking. I really do not have an idea about the codes but this site worth trying.
