What is Trapper-like folder inside the binder?

Are they those pouches inside the binder? (like a folder)

They are called pocket folders

it's  likely a 3 ring binder and inside you put the small trapper keeper light cardboard flat binders.  They just have one little flap on each side.  We used to call the Peachy's you can find tons at WalMart.
