What is Trinidad/Caribbean Meals?

For all who knows about Caribbean Food.

I am trying to come up with about 200 Caribbean Meals/Food Items.

So I need some help from you guys/gals.

Tell me some of :

1) stuffed red snapper (stuffed with onions, country pepper, shredded carrots and what ever is around) on the  bbq'd or baked

2) I love fish and do not eat pork or beef.

5) rum cake and sorrel!

1.Curry chicken/goat with rice & peas

Oxtail

saltfish escevitche with bakes for breakfast & maybe some tritri cake too

3. many islands make the same things/diffderent names sometimes but I was born in St Vincent & Grenadines

4.groundnut sugar cake

2. I'm a westerican- half Jamaican and American, this gives a whole new kick to the all time favorite chicken!

4. Dessert- Coconut ice cream, that's my kind of a snack!

Curry chicken and roti, curry duck and roti, curry goat and roti, pelau (not sure if that spell right lol), eggplant and roti (idk how to spell bigan or melongin lol), crab and dumpling, homemade vegtable soup, homemade ckicken and vegetable soup, homemade dumpling soup, bake and shark, macaroni pie, casava and saltfish

4. Just one? :( dis goin an be hard......amm....probly doubles since i want to eat one soooooooooooo bad lol but i like aloo pie too, and cheese stix, and corn curls, and custard cream biskits and all dem good stuff.

5.Fruit cake, rum cake, coconut bread, dem cupcakes frm de bakery with dat sweet sweet vanilla icening on it, pone, payme (not sure how to spell dem lol)

Now i reall cravin trini food lol
