What is Tru Blood??????

The ad says "synthetic blood nourishment beverage" on the back of my US magazine. I went to trubeverage.com and nowhere does it say WHAT the beverage is MADE of (except that it's not actual blood). I don't get this, does anyone know?

  1. Yea I was just checkin this out.  Looks like some ads to promote HBO's new series about vamps.  Kinda gross, but gotta admit it spiked my interest and made me look it up.


  2. It's not real.  It's an advertising campain for an HBO series about vampires that starts in September.
