This drink does not exist in the real world, it is a fictional product and advertisements for it are just attempting to get people interested in the new HBO show "True Blood".

In the show "Tru Blood" is a synthetic blood made by a company which vampires can drink instead of real blood. When this happens vampires come out of hiding and try to live with humans but this causes a lot of controversy.
