Here is the schedule. Other than that is is tough, yet exhilarating. Worth every second and all the pain (emotional and physical)!!! To be called a Marine upon completion will remain with you for the rest of your life. By the way females train the exact same as the males, so if you are looking for a Barbie workout, go rent a Denise Austin DVD. If you are ready to committ, call you recruiter.
