I need to Describe the roles of the following in the conduct of foreign relations of United States and Foreign Commercial Service

The FCS is tasked with promoting U.S. trade overseas.  U.S.-based companies can ask Embassy-based FCS offices for help in marketing their product in that country, assistance in meeting contacts, conducting consumer/industry surveys etc.  FCS does so on a fee basis -- it's not a free government service.
