  1. idk but i think that you mean VETO POWER

and that means that the president (bush) can turn a bill away so that it can not get passed.

i dont think the chairmen can veto smthng but i think they have the 2/3 voting whether it can be vetoed or not,

    hope this helps.

o sorry about my punctuation and spelling im half a sleep but i cant sleep so yeah

  2. I think you mean veto. and since no one here knows anything about the company you're talking about, how can we tell you how that business is run? the power to veto something is held by all three branches of government: the president, the judicial branch, and the legislature. it means that if one of the branches wants to do something, like pass a law, any of the other 2 branches could veto that decision so it won't happen. it's how we can make sure that one branch doesn't get more powerful than the others. that's how it works in government, but as far as this BUSINESS you are talking about, well every business has it's own rules right? well how are we supposed to know if the chairman of some board we don't even know has the power to veto a decision? read the policy guidebook of that business and find out.

  3. Aaaaahhhhh! Question overload!!!!!!!

  4. First it is called Veto not Vito.

The word 'veto' comes from a Latin word and literally means I forbid.

The President of the united states has a veto power to send back bills he disagrees with to congress for further debate, if congress and senate approve the bill with a vote of more than 2/3 approval the second time around president can not veto it and must sign it in to law.

As far as you NGO is concern, they must have a rule book or constitution of its own has nothing to do with that you have to apply somewhere to get them.
