Can I use CDMA sim card in NOKIA 5610, which is GSM-WCDMA phone?

Your question isn't making any sense! WCDMA is Wifi enabled Code Division Multiple Access! This technology is totally incompatible with GSM Which is General Service for Mobile.

Also, CDMA phones do not use a sim card in them so I don't see how you found a slot for it.

In America, ATT and T-Mobile are GSM/WCDMA

In the UK, all the major providers are GSM/WCDMA

Most phone manufacturers are releasing phones that are both GSM/WCDMA
