  1. to distinguish between truth and illusion.

    to know, what is NOT the truth. shankya yoga is that exactly. ther are so many things which come to us and we are asked to identify with them. but we should withstand and say. its an illusion. i am not this. i am not that. and relax and smile. ok?

  3. It is the total accumulation of all that I have learned, the mistakes that I have made and the victories that I have won. It is knowing when to speak and when to listen, when to walk away and when to stay.

    seeing things clearly; and seeing things as they are,  knowing when to act and when not to act and being able to anticipate potential problems and how to avoid them.


  4. wisdom is experience. wisdom is adulthood. find an adult person who has no educational background, he sure has high wisdom than a person who studies but at early age.
