What is WWE doing with jeff hardy?

why are they still making him lose all the time?

he served his punishment, he missed 'Mania, his house burnt down and his dog died. so why arent the WWE at least letting him win the odd match? is he going to be a jobber all his life?

I like Jeff Hardy like the next guy but he doesn't deserve a push over Mr Kennedy, MVP and Shelton and Carlito and he is a repeat offender!! They're making him lose because he has a history whenever thing is right he fails a drug test or does something dumb and he has to re-earn his strips

They're making him lose all the time because he's used to winning all the time. It's like giving someone else a turn.
