I mean lately Cena has been losing I'm guessing ppl voices are being heard, but what is wwe trying do by making Cena lose all the time now is this a way for them to make us like him or have sympathy

I think it's just a way of shutting the haters up, so they can concentrate on other aspects of RAW instead of just John Cena.
