What is Winsocki? I can't find it in the on-line dictionary.?

Question

I think it has something to do with a college. Been driving me crazy for years not knowing what it is. Older folks may remember the music this goes to. The words of the chant, cheer, whatever is.........

"Buckle down Winsocki, buckle down. You can win, win, socki if you buckle down." Yes, there is more to it but I don't know. Bless your heart if you know the answer to this. Thanks - Rocket
