  1. There is little difference between summer and winter in a tropical rain forest or jungle. The relative humidity is always high.  The total rainfall for the year is between 60 and 100 inches.  Rain falls nearly every day. The temperature during the day is around 85°- 95°F. At night it drops to between 68º - 78ºF.  This type of climate is known as equatorial climate.
