This question's got me thinking...

For years I struggled with low self-esteem because my father didn't think I was that good. I thought he must have been right. It was only when I began work and my managers and coworkers started to appreciate me that my self-esteem improved.

I think I am 7 now.

Mine fluctuates from like a five to a ten, but even at my lowest periods my esteem for everybody else  is like a negative twenty.
