What is Yahoo! Financial?

I have located a car out of state. The owner says she has an account set up with Yahoo! Financial to handle the transaction and if I provide her with my name and address via the internet she will contact them and set up a new transaction account. Is this ligitamate and how secure is it? How does it work?

This is a scam. There is no "Yahoo! Financial." Yahoo! doesn't handle transactions for the sale of a car.
