what is a 10th grader? a freshman, junior, sophomore or senior? I have no idea how it works. please answer. thank you very much

sophmore. I know that confused me 2 at first. at first i thought it was 9th freshman which it is 10th junior which it's not then sophmore than senoir ialways get junoir and ophmore mixed up.

Ninth grade=freshman; tenth grade=sophomore; eleventh grade=junior; twelfth grade=senior. Hope this helps.

A 10th grader in the US is a sophomore. They have two more years of high school to go (junior and senior). Freshman is the first year of high school (or college).
