on the medallion is coronation of queen elizabeth II,

city of melbourne... i would like to know if it is worth anything?

Your medallion would be considered a "novelty" and was mass produced and usually these items don't have much monetary value. The value is higher if the medallion is in mint condition and you have all the original paperwork and packaging.
