My boyfriends friend is a 'juggalo' and I don't understand what the h**l a juggalo is. I've searched it on urbandictionary.com and stuff but it's like 5 pages long and takes like 40 sentences to describe it. Just plain and simple please tell me what's the point in it? Thanks.
