My little brother is doing something on the computer and he asked me to get into a binary folder? And i have no idea how to do it......

This is what his thing says to do:

now go into ascent-windows-libraries\DLL Files

copy the two .dll files into in your binary folder, OR

under C:\Windows\System32.

But i guess he tried coping it in system 32 and it doesnt open or something?

  1. a binary folder is not a pure technical term, meaning it's relative to whatever you are doing.  But you didn't state this so I had to do a little digging.

ascent-windows-libraries has to do with WoW from what I can tell and I found a guide with pictures.

I assume that you need to open the DLL folder (the folder than contains the dlls, which are also binaries of the source) and move them to your C:\Windows\System32

  2. The 2 files will not open. DLL (Dynamic Link Library) files are executable (code) files that are used by the main application file. As long as they are in the System32 folder whatever application this is should now run.
