What is the legend of the Chupacabra/ What is it?

It started in Puerto Rico as a 4 ft little creature that stood on 2 legs and sucked the blood out of goats and chickens (chupacabra means goat sucker in spanish) now its more like a dog creature thats really and i mean really ugly. they r dark in color and look wild and rabid. If you think it exists you can relax if you don't live in texas or puerto rico

it's a goat sucking wild animal, hairless, dark, secretative. if you are wandering around parts of texas or maybe even some caribbean island, you might spot one or if you smell like a goat be accosted by one. none of the on line pictures show anything more than a blackish dog like creature, but don't let that limit your imagination as to what they really look like

BASICALLY WHAT JOSH JUST TOLD YOU. BUT BEFORE IT WAS PORTRAYED DIFFERENTLY LIKE MAYBE 12 YEARS AGO THEY SAID THAT HE HAD SPIKES ON HIS BACK AND RED OVAL EYES, AND I THINK HIS HANDS WERE WEBBED NOT SURE.
