what do Computer Networkers do? My friend said he wanted to be one and i done get what they do and why they need to do it

A computer networker basically sets up and maintains a network of computers within a buisness, hospital, school, university, charity etc. Some computer networkers might just maintain one network, for a large company for example, who has constant need for a networker to keep the network up and running. Other networkers might work on a few networks at the same time, like running a number of small charities and buisnesses.

    A computer network is important for fast communication within an organisation. Rather than having an internet connection running on every computer at the same time with each person within the network e-mailing all day long, they can use a local network which costs far less and the computers run faster and are more reliable; you are less likely to get disconnected from a local network than you are with the internet.
