What is a Four Ways To Glory match?

I read that it is going to be the main event for TNA No Surrender, what are the rules?

All i know is over the next 3 weeks there will be 3 matches to determine the 3 people to go against Samoa Joe. I think it's basically a fatal 4 way.

yeah single matches that wil ltake place over the next week to determine who will face Samoa Joe

Over the course of 3 weeks there will be singles matches between 6 wrestlers, with only 3 winning. There for those 3 will go on to face the current TNA champion Samoa "sloppy" Joe in a Fattle 4 way match out at no surrender. They call it a Four Ways to Glory match to spice it up.
