Has for as a prepaid cell phone , T Mobil is the best i have ever had.It starts out a little high but the more you use it and the longer you have it ,the better deal it become's , i,m down to 7cents a mins.

Any gsm phone company will have prepaid plans.

You dont have to buy the prepaid kit.

You can mix+match any unlocked gsm phone with a prepaid sim card.
