  1. Tomatoes grow really well...but it is debatable whether Tomatoes are fruits or vegetables.


  2. Depends on what kind you like, and if you can grow it in your climate zone.  All fruit trees take time to produce, and care, so be prepared to work on getting a fruit tree in your garden. A local nursery can tell you what will grow best in your area.  Not a big chain store, try a small business, or farmers market, to find out from local growers.

  3. A sour cherry. A Montmorency is a nice one.  If space is limited a North Star will give nice Cherry's on a compact tree.

    It's the only tree I can grow and get fruit without spraying.  A sweet cherry is harder to stop the birds from taking them all.  You only need one sour Cherry to get fruit too.

  4. There are many possibilities depending on where you live ...... an apple tree is a great choice in most places ....... Gravenstein especially ....... = )
