What is a Graphic designer???

what exactly does a graphic designer do? people tell me i would be good at it and i dont even know what it is...

A graphic Designer is someone who designs things on a computer Examples of what they do... they make billboards, newsletters, magazines etc.

To me, a graphic designer is half artist, half psychologist. They take the message someone wants to covey, and find a way to visually display that message effectively, through a combination of text and imagery.

There are so so many things a graphic designer could do, but in basic terms... design things on a computer.
