I dropped out of HS last year in 9th grade. I emailed the vocational school here who offers GED classes and adult education. The counselor then emailed me back and told me they dont offer GED classes for people under 20.

She says that they have a "High School completion program" though

  1. It's a program whereby if you dropped out of high school you can get your GED.

  2. Its called a GED program, for those who've dropped out of high school and years later wanting to complete it.

They go there, get help with all the areas they will be tested on and take their GED.

  3. You should post the sentence that holds this odd phrase to better help us decipher it.  Could mean just regular high school, or a high school equivalence program.

  4. it's for adults who want to go back and finish high school cause they dropped out for whatever reason.
