What's a M4A file? and how do i change it to a WMA file?

iTunes music file.

Burn it to a cd then rip the cd to wma or mp3

m4a is the name apple uses for an unprotected aac music file.

There is a program called faad that can decode an aac file to a wav file. Then you can reencode it to wma with windows media encoder.

If mp3 is acceptable then I think you can convert to that using itunes though i'm positive.
