What is a Memory Chip? I want to make my programs on my computer (example--the sims 2, and other things) run and load faster and I just want it to generally run faster. Is that what a Memory Chip is for? Could I get one at Best Buy?? what do i use?????

I think your referring to RAM, its bacially temporary memory for your programs to use, more of it can help your computer run faster. But if you need your games to run faster you should get a better graphics card, because that's what the game uses mostly to run.
