What is a Nice Restaurant i could take my Sister to?

I would like to keep it under $50. Preferably a good meal, drinks, and Desert. I am 16 so this is my Thank You gift for everything she has done for me. Where could i take her? And Approx. how much would i be spending their?

My prices are rounded .Olive Garden $50, red robin $40, tony romas $35, applebee's $30. Applebee's is probably the best choice it's the cheapest and it's just awesome.Try the dynamite shrimp.

I dont know where you live, but a nice brunch on a Sunday morning is very nice and it is not too expensive.  It is different than an average lunch.  Sometimes, hotels have a nice buffet on Sundays, this way you could get dressed up nice as well.
