What is this Nuclear Deal? Do it have any connection with Atom Bombs? Why are they used?

hahaha if u talking about the recent indo-US nuclear deal then NO its not about atomic bombs. Its about using nuclear fuel to generate electricity. with nuclear fuel u can make atomic bombs too lol but it can generate loads of electricity therefore countries which can be trusted get the permission from Nuclear Suppliers Group (NSG) and then they can have nuclear fuel to generate electricity.

Yes... They are connected with Atom Bombs only when they are not used wisely.

A Nuclear Power Plant utilises the nuclear energy in heating water which turns into steam and rotates a turbine to give electricity.

When this utilization is taken carelessly or in a war, it takes shape of an Atomic Bomb.
