Go for an RN that's the best place to be if your going for a nursing degree. RN is registered nurse.

  4. A P.A. is a specially trained Registered Nurse who is a PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT... they can run small out reach clinics on their own but report to an Physician for medical advice.  P.A.'s have been around for at LEAST 30 years.
