What is a PFS Associate?

I was looking at jobs in a hospital and a PFS Associate was one of the positions. What do they do?

Responsible for providing clerical support to the staff which includes, but is not limited to maintaining accurate filing systems, distributing and processing correspondence and mail, facilitating in the scheduling of meetings, account payables, expense reports, ordering/maintaining office supplies, and other special projects as requested by the department staff. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.
