  1. a home invite is the lucky chance to get to test playstation home beta.  Home beta is an online, in-game community in which the user can create an avatar, interact with other friends (ps network) and you can play games, watch movies, etc. at your virtual house.  AND ITS FREE!!!!!  only SCEA (sony computer entertainment of america) know how many users they will open the beta version to.
