  1. A sideout is when the serve is lost and the other team gets the point and the serve.  It is mostly used when the serve it OUT. :D

  2. A side out is when the other team is serving and some how they lose it and you get  the ball and in rally scoring you also get a point! Hope i helped!

  3. it is when you want to get the ball on your side to serve!!!

  4. Sideout is when you lose the ball whether it's been from a missed serve, a bad pass, etc. The other team will then get the point and a serve. Then you start chanting the "Sideout" cheer to encourage your team to shake it off and get ready for the serve. It can also distract the server on the opposing team to miss her serve. At our high school, we have the same cheer except it goes like this: SI...SID...SIDEOUT....SIDEOUT (clap, clap) Eagles! (clap, clap)

  5. haha. i remember that cheer. good times.

side out is simply when the other team has the ball and you want to get it back. when you say it, it means bascially "lets get the ball back" and "lets get our points back!"

  6. When the other team is serving and you say it to encourage your team to get the ball back. In other words to get your serve back.

  7. Side out happens when your opponent lost a point after they served the ball.

At side out you get a point, and the right to serve.

  8. sideout is a scoring system in volleyball where a team can only score points when they are serving the ball.
