Don't fwm, I'm surprised as a jamaican you didn't mention curry goat. Seriously though could you tell me more about the fresh juices with the honey and lime, and do you drink sweet sop (sour sop to the Trini's)

  1. Well, my boys love Trini food with a passion, so they love it when I cook that for Sunday lunch. Curry chicken and paratha, pelau, stewed (or jerk) chicken with rice and red beans with plantain on the side or macaroni pie with baked or stew chicken are typically what they vote for!

In this state (Arkansas) as far as I can see most people eat out on Sundays but if they stay in they eat a lot of beef and pork and potatoes.

(Thanks for reminding me! I need to make more green seasoning)  :)

  8. When we eat out for Sunday "brunch", it is a buffet consisting of a combination of breakfast foods (eggs,  bacon, croissants) and large variety of other foods like roast beef, shrimp, salad, deserts and more.

If you are at home a quiche and warm rolls are always good idea to serve  family and guests.
