it is just a pci add-on card which has the same rf receiving circuitry that the tuner of your vcr or tv have to tune in tv signals from antennas or cable television signals. it connects somehow to your computers video display card to send a television image to the monitor they come with software that works just like a pip tv. they have them in all the appliance stores like best buy/ circuit city/radio shack... are you sure you don't already have one...you may if you have a multimedia pc. just look at the back panel and see if it has a s***w terminal for an rf cable.
