I think it is just another fancy name of a No Holds barred match (just like how Hardcore matches involving Finlay is called Belfast Brawls).

One thing for sure, this is the one match which will end the long-running feud which can be traced so far back in the history of WWE between Shawn Michaels and Chris Jericho. Most likely, this will result in one of them taking a hiatus from wrestling, pretty much like what has happened to Edge (For Edge's case, he's both taking a break and to prepare for a change of gimmick which is rumored to be Vampire Edge in tribute to Gangrel)

Its fake, but the idea is that wwe wouldn't be "liable" for what the wrestlers do.
