What is a Webkinz????

My 8 year old girl keeps on talking about wanting a Webkinz. What is a webkinz???? And what is the price for a webkinz???

WebKinz is a toy similar to a "beanie baby" but that allows you access to a virtual world where your new "pet" has a life a home and friends. The more WebKinz you have the larger your home and the better the variety of options in the playing zone. It is a child safe site and WebKinz monitors against predators just as Club Penguin. You can get WebKinz cheaply (sometimes even buy one get one) at Limited Too but even Toys R Us carries them. If you decide to get her one do look up the "pet of the month" then she will get special bonus gifts and opportunities that would otherwise not be available. She is most likely asking because she has several friends who already play ther and just wants to join in. Good Luck!

OMG I love Webkinz! I have one, and so do my 2 cousins. It's a stuffed animal. On the paw of the stuffed animal, there is a code. You go onto www.webkinz.com and make an account with them. Then you go to the adoption center and start naming your pet. It's really a great website. Your pet can go to school and get a job and buy things for their room. And they never dislike you no matter what you do, they will always love you (which is a great lesson for kids). It's great for young kids. They are about 12-15 dollars at some stores. But I've only seen them at Limited Too for like 17 dollars.

but it comes with a secrete code inside the blue tag. The owner then goes to www.Webkinz.com at registires there webkinz. if it is there first they make a new account with a username and such then they give the pet a name and gender. Once the code is enterted it can not be used any more, but u need to keep it for password purpouses. The owner is then givin 2000 kinzcash (virtual money) a meduim room (a new room is aded to your house until you reach ur 10th adoption) and a few items. You make kinzcash by playing games, going mining, answering triva, ect. you can then add more webkinz to that same account by logging in and once your username and pass are entered going to adopt new pet. You can also be logged in and go to the adoption center. (i recomend keeping all pets on the same account it comes with rewards) you can buy furniture, clothes, games, stoves, tvs, and much much more for your pets. it is very fun to decorate your pets room and make new rooms. There are tons of animals to choose from and Webkinz is very safe. you can also buy webkinz lipgloss, bosy spritz, charms, bookmarks, clothes, mouspads, figuranes, and much more in the real world and all these protucts come with codes to expand game play. If ur family has an ipod you need to consider going to itunes and going to podcasts  and under kids and family you should find the Webkinz webcast. If u download #1 it gives great stuff about webkinz and i would download many of them they are great!!! i have some links!!!

Also lil kinz are cheaper and smaller versions of webkinz!
