What is a Wifi Connection?

i was planning on getting a zipit,

but it said it required a wifi connection, and i have no idea what that is

You can have a wireless connection at home too, you just have to get a wireless router, and hook it to your modem that provides inet service. That way, you can use your device anywhere in your home. If you want to access inet anywhere, you will need a subscription to a service that will work with your device.
