Okay so I have made the conscious decision to be a vegetarian for the sake of losing weight. I understand that excluding meats you are losing some nutrients your body needs like protein. What are substitutes for proteins. And how do I have a balanced meal from eating vegetarian. Also do you also think I should try vegan instead of vegetarian? If so how can I substitute for the nutrients found in dairy?Lastly if I were eating a pepperoni pizza and I just take out the pepperoni is that what vegetarians do? Or do they just not eat it because it has come in contact with meat?
